Thomas Ferguson currently serves as Director of Research Projects at the Institute for New Economic Thinking and is Professor Emeritus at the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a Senior Fellow at the Roosevelt Institute.  He has authored or coauthored several books and his articles have appeared in many scholarly journals, including the Quarterly Journal of Economics, International Organization, International Studies Quarterly, and the Journal of Economic History.
