Results of Fed’s Stress Tests of Banks

The Federal Reserve examined the biggest U.S. banks’ plans for dividends and share buybacks to see which could lead to unacceptable capital levels in “severely adverse” economic conditions. Banks got partial capital computations from the Fed a week ago and were permitted to resubmit their plans.”
