“DEM NIGHT ONE: BAD START; BETTER FINISH — Things got off to a brutal start in Philadelphia with outrage and boos from Bernie Sanders supporters over revelations in hacked emails that the DNC favored Hillary Clinton in the primaries. This is something that was already obvious — Saturday night debates anyone? — but having it in writing legitimately angered Sanders supporters who were already disinclined to get in line with the former Secretary of State.
“But Cook Political Report’s Amy Walter made an important point on NPR. A recent Pew surveyed showed 90 percent of Sanders voters plan to vote for Clinton. The convention crowd does not represent the electorate.”
