The Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs met in open session to conduct a hearing entitled “Oversight of the Status of the Consolidated Audit Trail.”  The witnesses were: Ms. Shelly Bohlin, President & Chief Operating Officer of FINRA CAT LLC, FINRA; Ms. Judy McDonald, Chair, CAT NMS Plan Advisory Committee; and Mr. Michael Simon, Chair, CAT NMS Plan Operating Committee.

During the hearing, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) entered our investment protection letter into the record.
