Today, Better Markets, the Consumer Federation of America, AFL-CIO, Center for American Progress, and Americans for Financial Reform jointly submitted a letter to SEC chairman Jay Clayton expressing grave concerns regarding PCAOB staff guidance on Rule 3526(b), Communications with Audit Committees Concerning Independence, which was published earlier this year.
