Better Markets Joins Other Public Interest Groups to urge CFPB to Reconsider Decision to Bury Consumer Complaint Narratives

The CFPB recently made design changes to its consumer complaint database that will make it significantly harder to access crucial details of consumer complaints submitted to the database. This change will undermine the effectiveness of the database, protecting bad companies and financial predators from the consequences of their actions. Better Markets and several other prominent public interest groups are urging the CFPB to reverse course and restore the consumer complaint narratives.
